In a pot of boiling water, cook the peas for 8 minutes. Drain and set aside.

Couscous

Step 2

In a large bowl, add the couscous and ⅓ cup cold water (yes, cold!) per portion. Cover for 5 minutes to absorb.

Step 3

Halve and pit the cherries. Add them to a bowl with the couscous, peas and crumbled goat cheese.

Step 4
