Baby potatoes (frozen)

Step 1

Toss the potatoes in a little bit of olive oil, salt and pepper. Add to an oven-safe dish and roast at 220°C for 20-30 minutes depending on the size of the potatoes. A fork should easily poke through the skin when ready.

Step 2

While the potatoes are cooking, heat the cream and the blue cheese in a small pot on low heat. Mix until smooth and creamy.

Beef (steak)

Step 3

In a hot frying pan, add a dab of butter or olive oil. Add the meat and cook for two 2 minutes on each side for rare (longer for medium or medium-well). Season well with salt & pepper and serve with the potatoes and sauce. Bon appetit!
