Ingredients

Utensils

Stovetop, Frying pan and Air fryer.

Recipe

Tomato

Step 1

Wash & slice the tomatoes into wedges.

Red onion

Step 2

Peel & quarter the onions.

Fingerling potatoes
Garlic powder

Step 3

Add the potatoes, tomatoes & onions to the air fryer basket with the rack. Season with salt, pepper & garlic powder. Add a drizzle of olive oil & mix well. Air fry for 20-25 min at 200°C, mixing regularly.

Ribeye steak

Step 4

Meanwhile, heat a drizzle of olive oil in a pan over medium-high heat. Add the steak & sear on both sides for 2-3 min for a rare doneness. Season with salt & pepper on both sides.

Step 5

Once the veggies are cooked through, remove them from the air fryer. Serve the sliced steak on a plate with the roasted veggies. Re-season to taste & enjoy!
