We play it classic with this delicious flank steak accompanied by potatoes and a creamy cucumber sauce!

Step 1
Preheat the oven to 200°C. Wash the potatoes then cut them into pieces.
Step 2
On a baking tray lined with baking paper, arrange the potatoes. Season them with oregano and drizzle with olive oil, then mix. Season with salt and pepper and bake for 30 minutes at 200°C.
Step 3
In a bowl, add the cottage cheese, the cucumber cut into small cubes and the grated garlic. Season with salt and pepper and add a drizzle of olive oil, then mix. Reserve.
Step 4
In a hot pan, pour a drizzle of olive oil. Add the flank steak and cook for 2 minutes on each side for rare doneness. Add salt and pepper.
Step 5
Once the potatoes are cooked, take them out of the oven and serve them with the flank steak and cucumber sauce. Salt, pepper, it's ready!
