Stovetop, Frying pan

Soy sauce
Sriracha sauce
Honey

Step 1

Prepare the marinade. In a bowl, mix : the soya sauce with the sriracha sauce & honey.

Salmon (fresh)

Step 2

Slather the salmon in the marinade & set aside for 5-10 min.

White rice (long grain)

Step 3

Meanwhile, in a pot of salted boiling water, cook the rice according to package instructions. Once cooked through, drain the rice & keep warm.

Sugar snap peas

Step 4

Heat a drizzle of olive oil in a pan, over medium heat. Add the sugar snap peas & a splash of water. Cover & leave to cook for 10-12 min.

Step 5

Make a bit of space in the pan & add the salmon skin-side down. Sear for 6 min, while mixing the peas occasionally.

Sesame seeds

Step 6

Serve the salmon with the rice & sugar snap peas. Top with sesame seeds, if you have some. Enjoy !
