Pasta (pipe rigate)
Peas (fresh)

Step 1

Cook the pasta according to the instructions on the package. In another pot of salted boiling water, cook the peas for 8 minutes.

Lemon

Step 2

While the pasta and peas are cooking, make the dressing. In a bowl, mix together: 1 tablespoon of olive oil (per portion), lemon juice and zest, salt & pepper.

Cured ham
Little gem lettuce
Parmesan

Step 3

Drain the pasta and the peas and run it under cold water to stop the cooking. Shred the ham into pieces and add to a bowl with the lettuce, parmesan cheese, pasta and peas. Add the dressing, mix and enjoy!
