Step 1
If using fresh vegetables, remove the ends off of the green beans and de-shell the peas. If the potatoes are large, cut them in half or in thirds.
Step 2
Cook the potatoes in a pot of boiling water for 20 minutes.
Step 3
After 5 minutes, add the peas.
Step 4
5 minutes later, add the green beans and cook everything for an additional 10 minutes. Drain at the end of cooking.
Step 5
In the meantime, slice the radishes.
Step 6
Add the vegetables, sliced radishes, and crab to a serving dish. Add a drizzle of olive oil and vinegar, salt & pepper* and mix. Enjoy! *Check out our tips for this step
