Step 1

If using fresh vegetables, remove the ends off of the green beans and de-shell the peas. If the potatoes are large, cut them in half or in thirds.

Cook the potatoes in a pot of boiling water for 20 minutes.

After 5 minutes, add the peas.

Step 4

5 minutes later, add the green beans and cook everything for an additional 10 minutes. Drain at the end of cooking.

In the meantime, slice the radishes.
