Step 1

Melt a dab of butter in a pan, over high heat. Add the gnocchi et cook for 2 min.

Spinach (fresh)
Heavy cream
Gorgonzola

Step 2

Reduce the heat to medium & add the spinach, cream & gorgonzola cut into pieces. Season with salt & pepper & mix. Cover & continue cooking for another 3-4 min.

Walnuts

Step 3

Serve the creamy gorgonzola gnocchi in a plate & top with crushed walnuts. Enjoy !
