Bacon

Step 1

In a pan on high heat, cook the bacon for 2 minutes on each side, or until golden. Set aside on paper towels to remove excess grease.

Cooked shrimp
Mild chile powder, ground

Step 2

In the same pan, cook the shrimp for 2 minutes with the chili powder. Remove from the heat when cooked through.

Cannellini beans (cooked)
Cherry tomatoes
Bacon
Cooked shrimp

Step 3

Drain and rinse the beans and add them to a bowl with the cut tomatoes (in halves or quarters), the chopped bacon and the shrimp.

Basil (fresh)
Red wine vinegar

Step 4

Add a drizzle of olive oil and vinegar. (Optional: add chopped basil). Mix and enjoy!
