Sushi rice

Step 1

Cook the rice according to the instructions on the package. Drain when tender.

Mayonnaise
Sriracha sauce
Lemon

Step 2

Mix the mayonnaise, sriracha, lemon juice, salt & pepper in a bowl.

Salmon (raw, sushi-grade)
Avocado

Step 3

If necessary, remove the skin from the salmon then cut into cubes. Cut the avocado into cubes.

Step 4

Mix the salmon and avocado with the sauce.

Cilantro (fresh)

Step 5

Once the rice is drained, serve it with the salmon-avocado mixture in bowls. Top with some sesame seeds, fresh cilantro or chives. Enjoy!
