Stovetop, Blender
Step 1
Peel and finely chop the onions and garlic.
Step 2
Add a drizzle of olive oil to a pan on medium heat. Cook the onion and garlic for 2 minutes, stirring frequently.
Step 3
Add the peas, coconut milk, green curry paste, 1/2 cup of water per person, salt, mix.
Step 4
Cover and simmer for 8 minutes.
Step 5
Purée until smooth using an immersion blender or food processor.
Step 6
Enjoy! Optional: add fresh cilantro leaves, extra coconut milk and a squeeze of lime juice.

Utilisation Easysoup 400g petit pois, 3 petites pomme de la terre, 1 petit oignon rouge, 1 gousse d'ail, 1/2 bouillon légumes, 20cl crème liquide, 300ml d'eau, sel, poivre, 1/2 C.à.C de curry, de curcuma et une pointe de couteau de gingembre. J’ai A-DO-RE. Bon, je n’ai pas vraiment suivi la recette, je n’avais pas de pate de curry vert alors je l’ai remplace par du curry en poudre et une cuillere a cafe ( pour 1 personne) de sauce sriracha : le resultat etait delicieux • 3 years ago
