Garlic

Step 1

Peel and finely chop the onions and garlic.

Step 2

Add a drizzle of olive oil to a pan on medium heat. Cook the onion and garlic for 2 minutes, stirring frequently.

Peas (frozen)
Coconut milk
Curry paste (green)

Step 3

Add the peas, coconut milk, green curry paste, 1/2 cup of water per person, salt, mix.

Step 4

Cover and simmer for 8 minutes.

Step 5

Purée until smooth using an immersion blender or food processor.

Step 6

Enjoy! Optional: add fresh cilantro leaves, extra coconut milk and a squeeze of lime juice.
