Chorizo (cured)

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 200°C. Peel the chorizo & small dice it.

Pasta sauce (arrabbiata)
Crème fraîche
Gnocchi

Step 2

In an oven-proof dish, add the Arrabbiata sauce, the crème fraîche, the gnocchi, diced chorizo & 50ml of water per serving. Season with freshly grated pepper & stir to evenly coat.

Parmesan (grated)

Step 3

Sprinkle over with grated parmesan cheese & bake for 15 min at 200°C.

Step 4

Once golden brown, remove the dish from the oven & serve the spicy gnocchi Arrabbiata with a side of green salad. Enjoy !
