Step 1

In a bowl, mix the couscous with 1/3 cup of cold water (per portion). Cover for 5 minutes to allow the couscous to fluff up.

Step 2

Add one tablespoon of olive oil (per portion) to a skillet with the harissa and heat for 1-2 minutes, stirring frequently. Optional: add paprika.
