Beedeli Lentil Curry Mix

Step 1

Add a drizzle of oil to a saucepan and add the lentil curry mix.

Tomato sauce

Step 2

Cook for 1 minute, stirring, then add the tomatoes and 100 ml of water per portion.

Step 3

Season with salt, stir, then cover and simmer for 10 minutes over low heat.

Step 4

Stir occasionally to prevent the bottom from sticking.

Coconut milk

Step 5

When cooking is done, stir in the coconut milk.

Step 6

Serve alone or with rice or quinoa. Optional: Top with some fresh cilantro. It's ready!
