Step 1

Heat a drizzle of olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Add the meatballs and brown for 5-6 minutes, stirring.

Garlic

Step 2

Heat a drizzle of olive oil in a second pan. Grate the garlic & leave to brown for 30 seconds.

Tomato purée
Oregano (dried)

Step 3

Add the tomato purée into the second pan & sprinkle with the oregano. Cook for 3 minutes over medium heat.

Couscous

Step 4

Meanwhile, boil some water. In a bowl, mix the couscous with salt, pepper and a drizzle of olive oil. Add 500 ml of hot water per portion. Cover and let sit for 5 minutes. Fluff with a fork.

Step 5

Add the couscous into the pan with the tomato sauce & mix. Serve the tomato couscous with the meatballs & enjoy !
