Chicken breast

Step 1

Cut the chicken into bite-size pieces.

Heat a drizzle of olive oil in a pan. Add the chicken and brown them for 5 minutes over medium-high heat. Season with salt and pepper.

Ras el hanout
Couscous

Step 3

Add the tomato purée, couscous, the ras el hanout and chickpeas and mix.

Chicken bouillon (cube)
Raisins

Step 4

Add 1/2 cup water per portion, the bouillon cube and the raisins. Mix and simmer 5 minutes, covered.

Step 5

Serve immediately, topped with a few parsley leaves (optional)—it's ready!
