Egg

Step 1

Bring a pot of boiling salted water to the boil. Gently place the eggs in the pan using a spoon.

Step 2

Cooking times: boil for 3 minutes for a soft-boiled egg, 4 minutes for well-cooked and 5 minutes for a boiled egg.

Butter (salted)
English muffin
Comté cheese

Step 3

Meanwhile, slice the muffins in half and toast them. Butter them and cut into soldiers. Cut a few slices of comté for each person.

Step 4

Remove eggs and leave them to cool for a few minutes. Remove their heads using a knife.
