Garlic

Step 1

Wash (and trim the ends if you prefer) the beans. Cook for 8 minutes in a pot of salted water.

Tofu (smoked)

Step 2

Chop the tofu in cubes.

Step 3

Mince the garlic.

Cook the tofu for 4 minutes in a frying pan with a bit of olive oil.

Sesame seeds

Step 5

Add the soy sauce, garlic, seasame seeds and cooked beans.

Step 6

Cook for 2 minutes.
