Step 1

In a large pot, cook the pasta according to the instructions on the box.

Smoked salmon

Step 2

While the pasta is cooking, cut the salmon into small pieces.

Step 3

Drain and add the pasta back into the pot. Add the crème fraîche, lemon juice, lemon zest, salt and pepper. Add the chopped salmon and parmesan cheese and toss to combine.

Step 4

Add some extra lemon zest before serving. Enjoy!
