Smoked salmon

Step 1

Cut the smoked salmon into strips.

Pasta (tagliatelle dry)

Step 2

In a pot of salted boiling water, cook the pasta according to package instructions. Once cooked through, reserve a small ladle of pasta water. Drain the pasta, then put them back into the pot.

Crème fraîche
Lemon

Step 3

In the pot with the drained pasta, add : the crème fraîche, lemon zest & juice. Season with salt & pepper.

Parmesan

Step 4

Add the grated parmesan & reserved pasta water. Mix weel.

Step 5

Add the smoked salmon & mix.

Step 6

Serve the smoked salmon & lemon tagliatelle on a plate. Top with lemon zest & grated parmesan. Enjoy !
