Half baguette (parbaked)

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 200°C. Cut the baguette into slices.

Step 2

Place the bread slices on a baking tray and drizzle with olive oil. Bake for 5-6 minutes until the bread is lightly golden.

Red onion

Step 3

Meanwhile, peel then cut the red onion into thin slices.

Chives (fresh)

Step 4

Finely chop the chives.

Cream cheese
Smoked trout

Step 5

Once the toasts are cooked, place them on a plate. Spread with cream cheese, then add the smoked trout, red onion and a few sprigs of chopped chives. It's ready !
