Stovetop, Frying pan, Pot (small)
Step 1
Wash & slice the potatoes in halves or quarters, depending on their size.
Step 2
In a pot of salted boiling water, pre-cook the potatoes for 4-5 min. Drain them.
Step 3
Meanwhile, wash & halve the peppers, removing the heart & seeds. Thinly slice, then cut the slices into small cubes.
Step 4
Cut the chicken breast into bug cubes.
Step 5
If using a whole chorizo, slice it in half & remove the skin. Slice the chorizo into rounds.
Step 6
Heat a drizzle of olive oil in a pan, over medium heat. Add the grated garlic & sauté for 30 sec, stirring.
Step 7
Add the potatoes, bell peppers & thyme. Sauté for 7-8 min.
Step 8
Add the cubes chicken & chorizo rounds. Cook for another 5-6 min, until the chicken is cooked through & lightly golden.
Step 9
Serve the potato, chicken & chorizo skillet in a plate with a side of green salad. Enjoy !
