Chop the fennel (save some leaves for decoration).

Chop the radish.

Chop the onions.

Remove the orange peel using a knife, and take off the white rind (which is bitter) then cut into 0.5 cm slices.
Step 6
Put the orange slices on a plate and top with the fennel, onions, and radish.
Step 7
Season, add a splash of olive oil and cider vinegar on top.
