Pasta (jumbo shells)

Step 1

Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook the pasta according to package directions. Reserve a bit of pasta water & set it aside.

Cherry tomatoes

Step 2

Meanwhile, wash and cut the tomatoes in half.

Shallot

Step 3

Peel & mince the shallots.

Tuna (canned)
Capers

Step 4

Strain the tuna and capers.

Step 5

Heat a drizzle of olive oil in a pan. Add the shallots & capers and cook for 1 minute.

Oregano (dried)

Step 6

Add the tomatoes, oregano and tuna. Cook for 2 more minutes.

Step 7

Add the reserved pasta water and cook for one more minute.

Step 8

Add the pasta to the rest of the ingredients. Season with salt & pepper and add a drizzle of olive oil. Enjoy !
