Wheat berries

Step 1

Cook the wheat according to package instructions.

Green beans (fresh)

Step 2

Cut the ends off of the string beans and cook for 10 minutes in a pot of salted boiling water.

Peas (frozen)

Step 3

After 8 minutes, add the peas to the pot with the string beans and continue cooking for 2 extra minutes.

Step 4

Once cooked through, drain the veggies and the wheat.

Garlic

Step 5

Heat a drizzle of olive oil in a pan. Add the grated garlic and sauté for 1 minutes.

Cooked shrimp

Step 6

Add the shrimp and cook for 2 minutes, stirring frequently.

Lemon

Step 7

Add the lemon juice and mix.
