Cooked shrimp

Step 1

If needed, defrost the shrimp & shell it.

Garlic

Step 2

Peel & finely mince the garlic.

Pasta (spaghetti)

Step 3

In a pot of salted boiling water, cook the pasta according to package instructions. Towards the end of cooking, reserve a small ladle of cooking water & drain the pasta.

Mild chile powder, ground (Espelette)

Step 4

Meanwhile, heat a drizzle of olive oil in a pan, on medium heat. Add the garlic, shrimp & Espelette pepper. Cook for 2 min, stirring regularly.

Heavy cream
Parsley (fresh)

Step 5

Add the drained pasta to the pan along with the reserved pasta water, cream & minced parsley.* Stir to combine & continue cooking for 1-2 min. *Check out our tips for this step

Step 6

Serve the shrimp scampi in a bowl or plate with a drizzle of olive oil. Re-season to taste & enjoy !
