Step 1

Cook the rice according to the instructions on the package. Drain water when the rice is finished cooking.

Curry powder

While the rice is cooking, add a drizzle of olive oil in a frying pan on high heat. Add the shrimp and curry powder and cook for 2 minutes, stirring frequently.
