Broccoli (fresh)

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 240°C. Cut the broccoli into small pieces.* *Check out our tips for this step

Pasta (jumbo shells)

Step 2

Boil the brocoli with the pasta according to the pasta instructions (minimum 8 minutes). Once cooked, drain the pasta shells and broccoli pieces, and set them aside.

Ricotta cheese
Mint (fresh)
Smoked trout

Step 3

In a medium sized bowl, add the broccoli, torn up trout, ricotta, and some lemon zest. (Optional: Add some chopped mint.) Season with salt and pepper, and mix.

Step 4

Oil a baking dish. Stuff the pasta with the ricotta-broccoli mixture using a spoon, then arrange it in the dish. Season with salt and pepper and bake for 10 minutes at 240°C.

Step 5

Serve! (Optional: Add some chopped mint on top.) And enjoy!
