White mushrooms (whole)

Step 1

Wash & slice the mushrooms.

Ginger (fresh)

Step 2

Heat a drizzle of olive oil in a pan over high heat. Add the mushrooms & grated ginger. Cook, stirring frequently, until the mushrooms are golden.

Rice noodles

Step 3

Meanwhile, cook the noodles according to the package instructions. Drain once cooked through.

Soy sauce
Sesame oil
Sesame seeds

Step 4

Add the noodles, soy sauce, sesame oil & sesame seeds to the pan. Cook for another 1-2 mins, on low heat, while stirring frequently.

Step 5
