Step 1

Preheat the oven to 220°C. Arrange the potatoes on a baking sheet covered with baking paper and bake for the cooking time indicated on the package.

Bread crumbs (plain)
Sesame seeds

Step 2

Meanwhile, in a bowl, mix: the breadcrumbs with the sesame seeds, a tablespoon of olive oil per person, salt and pepper.

Salmon (fresh)

Step 3

Place the salmon fillet in a baking dish, covered with baking paper.

Step 4

Then distribute the sesame/breadcrumbs mixture over the salmon fillet. Bake for 20 minutes at 220°C.

Step 5

Once golden brown, remove the potatoes and salmon from the oven.

Spring mix lettuce
Tartar sauce

Step 6

Serve the salmon with the potatoes, tartar sauce and a green salad seasoned to your taste. It's ready !
