White rice (long grain)

Step 1

In a pot of salted boiling water, cook the rice according to package instructions. Once cooked through, drain the rice & keep warm.

Broccoli (fresh)

Step 2

Meanwhile, wash & slice the broccoli into florets. Slice the florets in halves or quarters, if needed.

Step 3

In a pot of salted boiling water, cook the broccoli for 10 min. Once cooked through, drain the broccoli.

Chicken breast

Step 4

Meanwhile, slice the chicken into cubes.

Sweet soy sauce
Ginger (ground)
Sesame seeds

Step 5

Heat a drizzle of olive oil in a pan, over medium heat. Add the chicken, soy sauce, ginger & sesame seeds. Cook for 4-5 min, over high heat, stirring until the chicken is cooked through.

Step 6

Serve the sesame chicken in a plate with the rice & broccoli. Re-season to taste & enjoy !
