Step 1

Preheat the oven to 160°C. Add all the ingredients to a bowl, adding the oil and maple syrup last. Add a good pinch of coarse salt and mix with a spatula.

Ajoutez par l'huile et le sirop d'érable. Ajoutez une bonne pincée de gros sel et mélangez avec une spatule.

Place a sheet of parchment paper on a baking tray. Pour the mixture into it, spread it out and press it down gently with a spatula.

Step 4

Bake for 10 minutes.

Step 5

Take the tray out of the oven, stir, flatten again and put back into the oven for an additional 10 minutes.

Step 6

Tip: Once the granola is golden brown, turn off the oven and let the granola cool for 10 minutes inside the oven. This will allow the granola to turn into crispy nuggets.

Step 7

Serve with yoghurt, milk, compote or plain.
