Hazelnuts

Step 1

Roughly chop the hazelnuts.

Flour (all-purpose)
Baking powder

Step 2

Preheat the oven to 180°C. Meanwhile, in a mixing bowl, add the flour and baking powder and mix.

Add the eggs. Season with salt and pepper and whisk to combine.

Olive oil
Milk (whole)

Step 4

Whisk in the oil, then the milk, stirring with a whisk until smooth and homogenous.

Goat cheese
Onion jam
Hazelnuts

Step 5

Using a rubber spatula, fold in the shredded cheese, onion jam, hazelnuts (reserve a few for the top) and goat cheese.

Pour the batter into a greased loaf pan lined with parchment paper. Decorate the top with the reserved hazelnuts and bake for 40 minutes at 180°C.
