Step 1

Heat a pan of water with a pinch of salt. Cook the rice according to the package instructions. Once cooked, drain the rice and set aside.

Toulouse sausage

Step 2

In a pan, add a drizzle of olive oil and the sausages. Cook them for 5 minutes on each side over medium heat.

Herbes de Provence

Step 3

Dans une autre poêle bien chaude, ajoutez un filet d'huile d'olive et les tomates cerises. Salez, poivrez et parsemez d'herbes de Provence. Laissez cuire les tomates 3 minutes à feu vif puis couvrez la poêle et continuez la cuisson 5 minutes à feu doux.

In another hot pan, add a drizzle of olive oil and the cherry tomatoes. Salt, pepper and sprinkle with Provence herbs. Let the tomatoes cook for 3 minutes over high heat then cover the pan and continue cooking for 5 minutes over low heat.
