Step 1

Cut the sausages into rounds.

Melt a knob of butter in a pan, over medium heat. Add the sausages & cook for 3-4 min until golden brown. Set aside.

Shredded cheese
Onion jam

Step 3

Melt a knob of butter in a pan, over medium heat. Add the galette to the pan. Spread the caramelized onions at the centre of the galette.

Step 4

Add the shredded cheese and sausages on top. Cook for 1-2 mins.

Step 5

Once the cheese is melted, fold the galette into a scare or in half. Continue cooking for another minute.

Step 6

Serve the galette with a side of salad, seasoned to taste. Enjoy !
