Step 1

Cut the sausage into rounds and cook in a flat skillet or crêpe pan with a little butter over medium-high heat for 3 minutes, or until nicely browned.

Remove from the pan and set aside.

Shredded cheese
Onion jam

Step 3

Place a galette in the pan, spread with onion jam, sprinkle with cheese and place sausage rounds on top.

Step 4

Cook over medium heat for 3 minutes, until the cheese is melted and the galette is lightly browned, then fold in the edges and serve!
