Slice the onion, garlic, pepper into fine strips and set to one side.

Cherry tomatoes

Step 2

Add the onion, garlic and pepper in the mixing bowl with a bit of olive oil and fry for 8 min / 100°C / reverse mode / speed 2.

White rice (long grain)

Step 3

Meanwhile, cook the rice according to the package preparation instructions.

Sugar (granulated)
Ginger (fresh)

Step 4

Cut the beef into thin slices, place it in a container with soy sauce, sugar and grated ginger, mix and set aside.

Step 5

Add the cherry tomatoes, 1 tablespoon of water per person and cook for another 5 minutes.
