Step 1
Cook the rice according to the instructions on the package. Drain at the end of the cooking.

Thinly slice the onion.

Mince the garlic.

Slice the pepper into strips.

Heat a pan with a drizzle of olive oil. Add the veggies and cook for 5 minutes.

Add the cherry tomatoes, a tablespoon of water per person and cook for 5 minutes, covered.

Meanwhile, slice the beef into thin strips.

Place it in a bowl with the soy sauce, sugar and grated ginger.

After 10 minutes of cooking, add the beef and sauce to the pan. Sauté for 3 minutes.
Step 10
Serve the beef with the rice. Season with salt and pepper. (Optional: add cilantro). Enjoy!
