Step 1

If needed, defrost your salmon. In a shallow dish, add the salmon, olive oil, turmeric, lemon juice, salt and pepper. Mix together and set aside.

Meanwhile, cut the broccoli into florets.

Cook the broccoli for 10 minutes in a pot of boiling water.

While the broccoli is cooking, cook the salmon (skin side down) on high heat for 2 minutes.
