Step 1
If necessary, defrost the salmon. Preheat the oven to 400°F. Peel then cut the red onions into thin quarters.

Wash then cut the zucchini in half lengthwise, then diagonally.

In a baking dish, place the onions and zucchini. Add a drizzle of olive oil and mix well.

Add the lemon slices, cherry tomatoes and feta blocks cut in half. Salt, pepper and bake for 20 to 25 minutes at 400°F.

Meanwhile, in a pot of boiling salted water, cook the pasta according to package directions. At the end of cooking, drain them then keep warm.
Step 7
After 25 minutes, remove the vegetables from the oven. Add the salmon to the dish. Season with salt and pepper and drizzle with olive oil. Bake again for 15 minutes at 400°F.
Step 8
Once the vegetables are browned and the salmon is cooked, remove the dish from the oven. Serve the orzo pasta with the vegetables, roasted feta and salmon. Add a few basil leaves, if you have them, and re-season to taste. It's ready!
