Sushi rice

Step 1

Defrost the salmon (if using fresh salmon, freeze it beforehand). In a pot of boiling salted water, cook the rice according to package instructions. Once cooked through, drain the rice & set aside.

Salmon (frozen fillets)

Step 2

Cut the salmon into thin slices.

Red onion

Step 3

Peel & cut the onion into thin slices.

Capers

Step 4

Serve the rice on a plate or a bowl. Add the salmon, onions & capers on top.

Olive oil
Lemon

Step 5

Add a drizzle of olive oil, lemon juice & season to taste. Enjoy !
