Sushi rice

Step 1

Defrost the salmon ( if you are using fresh salmon, freeze it before making the recipe). Cook the sushi rice according to the instructions on the packet. When it’s done, rinse in cold water and let it drain in a colander. Set it aside.

Salmon (frozen fillets)

Step 2

Then, slice the salmon into thin strips. Do the same with the onions and set aside.

Red onion

Step 3

Slice the onions into thin strips.

Capers

Step 4

Place the rice in a bowl. Add the slices of salmon, some sliced onion, the capers.

Lemon
Olive oil

Step 5

Add a drizzle of olive oil and a squeeze of lemon, salt and pepper to taste, and serve!
