Step 1
Preheat oven to 200°C. Cut off the ends of the leeks* (the root and the dark green part) and then slice the white and light green parts into rings. *Check out our tips for this step
Step 2
Melt a dab of butter in a pan, over medium heat. Add the leeks & sauté for 10 min.
Step 3
Grease an oven-proof dish & add a first layer of ravioli. Top with a layer of leek fondue, torn-up slices of smoked salmon & cream.
Step 4
Repeat this step until all ingredients are used up. Finish with a layer of ravioli, cream & grated comté. Bake for 20 min at 200°C.
Step 5
Once the cheese has melted & the top is golden brown, remove the dish from the oven. Serve with a side of green salad & enjoy !
For a zero-waste dish, use the discarded leek stalks to make soup ! Rinse well & remove all damaged, dry & yellow parts before adding to your pot with the ingredients of your choosing.
