Stovetop, Frying pan, Pot (small), Colander

White rice (long grain)

Step 1

If needed, defrost your salmon. Cook the rice according to the instructions on the package (about 10 minutes in a pot of boiling water). Drain at the end of cooking.

Creamed spinach (frozen)

Step 2

Heat the creamed spinach according to the instructions on the package (about 7-8 minutes in a pan or microwave).

Step 3

In the meantime, melt a dab of butter in a pan.

Salmon (fresh)

Step 4

Cook the salmon (skin side down) on high heat for 3 minutes. Season with salt & pepper.

Step 5

Flip the salmon and cook for another 5 minutes on low heat. Turn off the heat, cover and keep warm until ready to serve.

Step 6

Serve the salmon with the rice and spinach. Enjoy!
