Step 1

Preheat the oven to 200°C. Optional: add a bit of miso paste in bowl if you have any.

Soy sauce

Step 2

Add the maple syrup and soy sauce and mix.

String beans, mixed green and yellow (frozen)
Salmon (fresh)

Step 3

On an oven tray covered with aluminium paper (or in an oven-proof dish), add the salmon fillets and beans.

Step 4

Pour the sauce on top, adding a bit of olive oil and bake for 10 minutes.

Remove from the oven, add some pepeper and lime juice (Optional: add some cilantro). Serve!
