Broccoli (fresh)

Step 1

If needed, defrost your salmon. Wash & cut the broccoli into florets. Slice the larger florets in half & the stem into small cubes. Add 500ml to the bowl alongside the brocoli. Cook in steam mode for 10 min.

Butter (unsalted)

Step 2

In the meantime, melt the butter in a pan (about 1 tsp per person).

Salmon (fresh)

Step 3

Add the salmon to the pan (skin side down) and cook on high for 3 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.

Garlic

Step 4

Grate a clove of garlic directly in to the pan. Flip the salmon, lower the heat and cook for an additional 5 minutes. Remove from heat and cover to keep warm.

Broccoli (fresh)
Butter (unsalted)

Step 5

Drain the broccoli and put it in a bol. Add the rest of the butter and season with salt & pepper. Mash until desired consistency.

Step 6

Serve the broccoli with the salmon and enjoy!
