Step 1

Hard-boil the eggs for 6 minutes in a pot of boiling water.

Cucumber

Meanwhile, dice the cucumber.

Once cooked, immerse the eggs in a bowl of cold water to stop the cooking process.

Gently peel the eggs.

In a dish or plate, spread the yogurt. Add the eggs, smoked salmon, cucumber cubes and lamb's lettuce. Drizzle with olive oil (1 tablespoon per person). Season with salt and pepper. It's ready!
