Pie crust (ready-to-bake)

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 220°C. Place the pie crust sheet* on a baking tray lined with parchment paper. Prick with the tip of a fork & bake for 10 min. *Check out our tips for this step

Cream cheese
Lemon

Step 2

Meanwhile, in a small bowl, combine : the cream cheese, lemon zest & juice. Season with salt & pepper.

Avocado

Step 3

Peel & slice the avocado into thin strips.

Step 4

Once golden brown, remove the dough from the oven.

Smoked salmon

Step 5

Spread the cream cheese mix on top, leaving a 2cm border all around. Top with the smoked salmon & avocado slices.

Arugula

Step 6

Top with the arugula & some lemon zest. Season with pepper & a drizzle of olive oil. Serve & enjoy !
