Fingerling potatoes

Step 1

Wash the potatoes and cut them in 2 or 4.

In a frying pan with a drizzle of olive oil, season with salt and pepper and sauté for 5 minutes.

Cover and cook on a low heat for 10 minutes.

Meanwhile, cook the eggs in a pot of boiling water (3 minutes for quail eggs and 10 minutes for chicken eggs).
