Step 1
Preheat the oven to 200°C. Peel and chop the onions.
Step 2
Fry them in a pan with a knob of butter. Add a little water, cover and let simmer for 5 minutes.
Step 3
Meanwhile, mix the crème fraîche, mustard and a pinch of salt and pepper.
Step 4
Remove the lid onions and cook another 5 minutes. Salt, pepper.
Step 5
Cut the raclette cheese into small cubes
Step 6
Water from the onions must evaporate completely.
Step 7
Place the dough on a flat surface. Spread the crème fraîche-mustard mix, leaving 2-3 cm space from the edge.
Step 8
Arrange the onions, raclette cheese, pepper and fold the edges from the inside.
Step 9
Bake for 30 minutes until the cheese is slightly brown.
Step 10
Eat with a dressed green salad, mixing 1 teaspoon of whole grain mustard with 1 tablespoon of olive oil per person.
