Roquefort Cheese

Step 1

Melt a knob of butter in a crepe pan or a large frying pan. Place on the galette, pour on the crème fraîche and add the Roquefort. Season and leave to cook for 2 minutes.

Ham (deli slices)
Walnuts

Step 2

When the cheese starts to melt, add on the ham and crushed nuts. Fold the galette into a half moon or square shape (optional : add a drizzle of honey if you have some at home). Leave to fry for 2 more minutes and serve!
